How to engage Wallis Consulting

Each engagement begins with a scoping conversation about the outcome you need. Scope, level of effort, and deliverables are then agreed in writing before work begins.

- Sustained advisory
- Ongoing subject-matter support in strategy, modernization, AI governance, or workforce enablement. Cadence and level of effort are set for each engagement.
- Embedded consulting
- Austin works alongside your internal team for an agreed period to deliver a specific outcome.
